Football Star Aaron Ramsey Boosts Bounty for Missing Canine in Mexican Territory to Fifteen Thousand Pounds
Wales football star Ramsey has increased the reward for leads regarding his vanished canine named Halo to $$20k.
The former Arsenal and Cardiff City midfielder, who now represents the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, stated that Halo was spotted in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state area.
the dog, who vanished on October 9th, was equipped with a GPS collar, and the footballer posted a Google maps location of her last known location.
"Any sort of updates about our pet Halo kindly get in touch with us. Big incentive for locating her. We are all wishing she is safe and comes home with us soon," Ramsey shared on Instagram.
Initial Offer and Emotional Pleas
The footballer first revealed that Halo had vanished 14 days prior and has since posted several pictures of the beloved canine on his social media account.
A $ten thousand dollar bounty was first announced, but with lack of updates on the dog's whereabouts after a seven days, Ramsey and his family increased the sum.
"Our only wish is our pet back," he said in a further request on his online platforms after the decade-old pet disappeared.
The most recent picture upload is a grayscale image of Halo sleeping, its head lying in the bend of Ramsey's elbow, with the description: "What I'd do to embrace you one last time Halo."
Family's Worries and Context
The footballer has also shared a note from his wife Mrs. Ramsey on social media indicating they have a few "serious concerns" regarding the incident and fear the household "might not receive answers".
"We have yet to are still searching for Halo. I fear we ever will," the spouse's update expressed.
The Wales leader joined Mexico's premier team Club Universidad Nacional recently and made his debut in the Mexican league in the eighth month.
